Important: SMS messages sent under this policy are intended only for company employees or authorized internal users of Soluzionali LLC systems. Soluzionali LLC does not use this messaging program for public marketing campaigns or unsolicited consumer messaging.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the employee's role, system activity, active workflows, calendar events, operational requirements, and internal application usage. Soluzionali LLC will make reasonable efforts to limit messages to those that are relevant to business operations and authorized employee use.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the employee's mobile carrier and mobile service plan. Employees are responsible for any fees charged by their carrier in connection with receiving SMS messages.

6. Opt-Out Procedure

Employees may request to stop receiving SMS text messages from Soluzionali LLC at any time by submitting an opt-out request to info@soluzionali.com.

The opt-out request should include the employee's full name, mobile phone number, and a clear statement requesting removal from SMS messaging. For example: "Please opt me out of receiving SMS messages from Soluzionali LLC."

Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, Soluzionali LLC will take commercially reasonable steps to remove the employee's phone number from SMS messaging workflows, except where messages are legally required, security-related, or necessary to complete a requested transaction or administrative process.

8. Authorized Recipients Only
